Confirm Nova-3 Configure Updates

Know when a mid-stream update takes effect. Deepgram now answers every Configure message on a /v1/listen stream with exactly one ConfigureSuccess or ConfigureFailure message. When the update replaces the stream’s keyterms, ConfigureSuccess lists the keyterms now in effect:
